We are looking for motivated support for our diverse kitchen team – people with fresh ideas who are keen to take on responsibility and actively help shape our club.
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef and experience in fine dining
- Knowledge of sauces, stocks, meat and vegetable preparation, and cooking to the correct degree of doneness
- A structured, proactive and independent way of working
- A well-groomed appearance and good foreign-language skills
- Flexibility and resilience in shift work
- Enjoyment of teamwork and collegial cooperation
Your responsibilities
- Keeping your section clean and well organised; working in a cost-conscious and sustainable manner
- Guiding and training colleagues and working closely with the front-of-house team
- Helping to create menus
- Ordering stock, carrying out inventories and handling administrative kitchen tasks
- Working independently on catering assignments, including at external venues

Your profile
- Several years of service experience, ideally with completed training in hospitality or the hotel industry
- A warm personality and a confident, poised manner
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of contact with guests
- Sound knowledge of menu and wine service
- Discretion towards club members
- Flexibility and resilience in shift work
Your responsibilities
- Taking sole responsibility for a service station or leading exclusive events
- Coordinating and guiding colleagues
- Working closely with the kitchen and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations
- Serving food and beverages professionally to the highest standard
- Advising our guests expertly in the bar and restaurant
- Handling catering independently, including at external venues
